TerryWorldWide, LLC is a certified procurement and wholesale distribution company helping government agencies and other institutional buyers source and obtain the products they need.

Established in 2010, TerryWorldWide combines public-sector procurement experience with an established network of manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers. We coordinate sourcing, procurement, documentation, and delivery across a range of product categories while providing responsive support throughout the purchasing process.

Our experience includes working with New York City agencies on projects involving infrastructure products, specialized equipment, facility supplies, mobility solutions, and other agency-specific procurement requirements.

PROVEN PUBLIC-SECTOR PROCUREMENT EXPERIENCE

TerryWorldWide has built its experience by supporting public-sector procurement requirements from initial sourcing through final delivery.

Our past performance includes projects for New York City agencies such as the New York City Department of Transportation (NYC DOT) and the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYC DEP). Projects have ranged from concrete barriers and industrial pumps to specialized products and a $1.5 million e-bike trade-in initiative.

For the NYC DOT E-Bike Trade-In Program, TerryWorldWide served as the prime contractor and coordinated with an experienced New York subcontractor to support eight trade-in distribution events between June and September 2025. The company also managed the supporting procurement documentation and payment process through New York City's PASSPort system.

MEET THE FOUNDER

TERRY WILLIS, FOUNDER & CEO

Terry Willis founded TerryWorldWide, LLC in 2010 and leads the company's business development, procurement, supplier relationships, contract administration, and day-to-day operations.

Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Terry earned a bachelor's degree in Business Finance from Wayne State University. His business experience has focused on building supplier relationships, navigating public-sector procurement, and developing TerryWorldWide into a certified distribution company serving government and institutional customers.

Under his leadership, TerryWorldWide has established relationships with manufacturers, distributors, government contracting programs, and supplier-diversity organizations while successfully supporting public-sector projects in New York and beyond.

Terry remains directly involved in the company's operations and works closely with customers and supply partners to coordinate procurement requirements from opportunity through fulfillment.
